How long until my delivery arrives?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during office hours. We are shut during public holidays. We aim to send out your order as fast as possible, although occasionally there are slight delays.

As we are in a remote location within Australia, delivery times normally range between 3 – 10 working days.

Please refer to our shipping & returns page for current updates regarding delivery times and COVID-19.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Make sure you check your spam filters and junk mail if you can't locate it.

What is your return policy?

Clothing

You must return your garments within 14 days of receiving your gear.

It needs to be unwashed, unworn with the tags attached (you can of course try it on). Unfortunately, if the garment shows signs of being worn we cannot accept them.

Paintings & Artifacts

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the goods being delivered and notify us that you wish to return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or you wish to exchange the item(s) for something else.

All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and as all goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us, we highly recommend that you insure the goods to be returned to the value of the purchase price.

Once the painting or artifact is received by Lockhart River Artand is deemed to be in original condition to which they were sent, Lockhart River Art will at that time provide the customer with a refund or will ship the exchanged goods.

Our aim is to ensure every one of our clients is completely satisfied with their unique piece of art.

 

What return options can I choose from?

You may select from a refund or a store credit. We do not accept exchanges.

What to do when an item is Sold Out?

Unfortunately, Sold Out means there is no more in stock. Please contact us if you need information on when an item might be available.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order but only when the order hasn't shipped at this point of time. Just contact us via our contact page or phone.

 

I have placed an order but I forgot something - can I add to it?

Unfortunately the only way is to place another order.
